It's a visual style designed by Bones but it seems quite popular with users based on the comments and downloads. [Download] This is a WindowBlinds visual style. Get WindowBlinds at http://www.windowblinds.net to add more visual styles to Windows XP and add support for them on Windows 2000, Windows 98, and Windows ME.
