Im really liking the idea of timed wallpapers, like the world rotating or the sun setting. It'd be great to have it almost as a weather widget, so your background reflects the weather outside. But use more CPU. .MPEGS are large, but use a lot less CPU. Pick your poison. Dynamic videos use hardly any CPU and are tiny but can't be quite as fancy as pre-rendered video (i.e. you're not going to get a real time hair blowing wallpaper <g>).
