It requires DesktopX to use (http://www.desktopx.net). Now once you have these guys up, you can hit the F9 key to bring the widgets to top at any time or hit F10 to toggle hiding/showing them entirely. So you don't hae to clutter up your desktop. Not too mention they look a lot more professional and run better then CrashtopX.
