Best Useable Vista Skin?

First of all I would like to thank everyone for such a great place to discuss themes and associated applications.

I have looked on various websites for a Vista theme with the new round start button yet have a functioning log off and shutdown buttons. Not the ones that are hidden in the white until Highlighted. My wife also uses this computer and needs to be able to use it, plus I think its a bit tacky. Sort of like the VistaXP if the log off/shutdown buttons were moved over to the left a bit.

Has anyone seen such a WB or VS out there like this? The closest one I can find is Arrow, but I like the new start menu design on the newer ones. Also there is this one: vvv52xx But I think it will be the same sort of thing.

Can anyone point me in a good direction?

There's this VS that comes with a modified explorer.exe to move the log off/turnoff buttons over to the right. I haven't tried the VS but i downloaded it and replaced explorer.exe with the one in the .zip file and it does move the buttons over so you can click them. My problem was I'm using Windowblinds5 and the 52xx similar glass updated skin and it didn't quite move the buttons over enough.

You do have to follow the instructions exactly.

Thanks for the reply. its a nice looking skin, but really the thought of changing the explorer.exe would make me nervous. Right now Arrow seems to be as close as I can find to what I want.

Anyone else know of any good themes out there like Arrow and VistaXP? How hard would it be for a newb to theming to change VistaXP in skinstudio to move the log of and shutdown bmps to where the actual buttons are on the left?
