You can manually patch the uxtheme and a couple of other files to use unsigned msstyles for vista. There are like 4-5 visual styles out for vista right now and most are just variations on aero.

AFAIK there isn't any other software but WB5.5 that can change the look/feel of vista. Stylexp or tuneup doesn't support vista, they are just for XP.

WindowBlinds 5.5 is all you really need. The added ability of convert existing XP .msstyles for use with WindowBlinds on Vista is a MAJOR plus. Styling Vista with WindowBlinds 5.5 is pretty much limitless.
