Because WindowBlinds supports Windows XP, Vista, and 7, its forum is in the Customization & Skinning general area. Its forum is here: https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showforum=62 With the release of WindowBlinds 7 users can now skin Aero from within the program itself without needing to use a skinning editor (though users can still use SkinStudio for creating complex skin). The Aero skinning feature of WindowBlinds 7 uses the Aero display engine effectively doing the same as what an .msstyles file does except on the fly.
