Currently:

1. A new Skype app is in development
2. Joe acknowledges that there is an App Update issue as developers don't update on par with iOS
3. They are working with FB on a new app targeted for the June timeframe - this update brings improvements to perf, having full-width photos in the newsfeed, and seeing photos & comments at the same time.
4. The will continue investing resources on Google and Google Apps (they don't know Google's agenda, no communication with w/ Mountain View)
5. Acknowledges the feature gap, says it is ALMOST closed.

6. The decision to put games on the app list and not in the hub was for new users.

Whoa! A file manager! It should be coming by the end of May. Windows 8.1 needs this:

A file manager is good news, now just let me download any files I have on OneDrive with the OneDrive app and that'd be great.

Cortana to launch in China and UK for version 1, other English-speaking countries soon after.

 

Remember it's in "beta" right now and not v1 yet.
