Wincustomize.com is a bit slow for me just now, but if you get a chance you should give it a try, the screenshot doesn't really do the theme justice. The fact that he said "no thanks" doesn't mean he speaks for everyone. As for the skin, I like the concept behind it, but it's just too colorful for me to use.
