Winamp3 / WMP 9 Remote

I'm trying to make a theme with objectbar like this:

(Essentially a control strip thingy)

I need to be able to have little EXE's or commandline paramters

("C:\wmp\wmplayer.exe" /pause) kinda thing.

Is there way to do this to either winamp or windows media player? Preferablly win media player?
