Windows 10 Default Lock Screen (img103?)

When I installed Build 9926 it changed my lock screen to what looked like a close up of LCD monitor. I then changed my lock screen, but when I tried to change it back I couldn't find the file.

I tried to change it back to "default" but the default is C:\Windows\Web\Screen\img103.png and this is just a blank blue image. I'm guessing the file has been corrupted?

Is anyone able to post/send the original file?
