Malisk Posted August 8, 2009 Share Posted August 8, 2009 None, if speaking of the feature set. Enterprise uses volume licensing only (one product key for multiple users), for larger corporations. Ultimate uses retail licensing, for e.g. home users. This is a difference compared to how it worked with Vista, where there indeed was a difference in the feature set.
