A new Windows Live Clubhouse and new Windows Live site will be launched on Aug 4th.

Windows Live Clubhouse, is a different kind of community, built for the most avid users of Windows Live products. Here, they can share their experience in using Windows Live products. You will also find the best of tips and techniques shared by them. Currently, the Windows Live Clubhouse Spaces is invite only, where you can also have an On-Demand Guided Tour of New Windows Live Clubhouse to get a sneak peek.

A new Windows Live site and the broader Windows Live Community will also be launched on Aug. 4th. So get set for the launch and get familiar with everything about Windows Live, before a new Wave 3 of new Live products get introduced later on.

I'm not even sure if it qualifies as a service.

Windows Live not only provides the links to download various live services, but also profiles how real people use Live services. The people of Live Clubhouse are real users who write stories about using Live services, tips and tricks to using them and How-To's. Then those stories are profiled on the main WindowsLive.com site.

It's about users helping users.

So they have made it so hard to understand and so complicated that the normal user is now trying to help a normal user. I dunno about you but I've never had to read up on how to use google calendar or google maps or gmail. Also WTF at having like 5 different services that do pretty much just the same thing just in a little bit different way.

I suppose then you were just born with the intimate knowledge of how to use every piece of software you've come across.

Let me clarify for you then. The Windows Live Clubhouse is for active users to help new users of Live services discover how to use Live Services or learn new tips or tricks on using them.

So, no...this is probably not geared towards someone as experienced as yourself.
