Yesterday Yahoo! released beta 3 of Yahoo Messenger for Mac. Any Yahoo users will be happy to know they have added voice to it.

Major additions:
  • Free voice conversations with other Messenger users on both Mac and Windows.
  • Cheap PC-to-phone calls: make calls from Messenger to landline and mobile phones at low rates with Yahoo! Phone Out.
  • Receive phone calls: get a phone number for your Messenger and start taking phone calls on your computer with Yahoo! Phone In. Plus, choose your area code!
  • Forward calls and voice conversations to another phone number.
  • Get voicemail by email.
  • Numerous improvements to stability and user experience.

This is the only client for Mac that has video and voice that works well. Plus, unlike it's Windows brother, doesn't pack a load of advertisements.

iChat would be decent, but I think I've only been able to get video or audio to work, what, maybe once? Yahoo! works all the time. Now with voice, it'll be even better. Also, I do like the look better than that of Adium. It's nice and does it's job well.
