In another disturbing turn of events that have left Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg this time fearing for his life, Zuckerberg has been forced to file legal papers claiming Pradeep Manukonda, 31, tried to "follow, surveil and contact Mr. Zuckerberg using language threatening his personal safety," so much so he fears for his safety and that of his girlfriend Priscilla along with his sister, TMZ reports.
Facebook security also "intercepted" Manukonda at Zuckerberg's Palo Alto, California, home on January 24. "Just as he (Mark) was about to walk up the front steps," the court papers state.
Pradeep attempted to contact both Mark and his sister, Randi Zuckerberg via Facebook. In one of his messages to Mark, Pradeep writes, "please help me, then I am ready to die for you." He continues, "Please understand my pain."
TMZ reports that Pradeep had gone to several Facebook offices in Palo Alto attempting to contact Mark to ask for money, as well as sending flowers and a hand-written letter on January 28th.
The court has ordered Pradeep to stay at least 300 yards away from Mark, his sister Randi and his girlfriend Priscilla Chan pending a hearing later this month.
Last month Zuckerberg was left red faced after a hacker gained access to his Facebook account.
Sometimes being nominated Time's Person of the year isn't all that, and better beef up that security, Mark.
