As reported earlier, Microsoft have today released thirteen updates for Microsoft products. Of varying degrees of seriousness, the updates affected Messenger (MSN), Office, Windows (Server + Desktop), Internet Explorer and the .Net Framework.
Although EULA"s grow over dominating and ever standard, this piece of text on a click-through at Windows Update certainly stood out; apparently, even if "Microsoft knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages", damages are limited to $5.00. How kind of you to agree.
