Samsung SyncMaster 753 DF Review

Want a flat screen CRT but don"t want to shell out the cash? Then the 753DF should definitely be on your list. The 753DF is the 17" version of the 955DF. It sports an impressive 0.20mm dot pitch, a max resolution of 1280 x 1024, and of course - a flat screen. And you can get it as cheap as $130. Snip:

The Samsung SyncMaster 753DF 17" Flat Screen monitor touts itself as the most advanced screen in the world. It features the flattest tube on the market. No curvature is visible at any angle whatsoever. This, along with the impressive 0.20mm dot pitch provides you with perfectly sharp images.

Benq 24x10x40 CDRW Drive Review

With the launch of the user-submitted review section in our forums, resident member and "Elite Tweaker" PenguinOfDeath posted his first review which takes a look at the new Benq 24x10x40 CDRW Drive. Here"s a quote from his review:

Benq, formerly known as Acer Communications and Multimedia, produces respectable products at decent prices. Today, I will be reviewing the Benq 24x10x40 CDRW drive. It is priced competitively against more established nameplates such as Mitsubishi, LG and ASUS. The drive is well priced and aesthetically boring. The front panel is beige, with a play/skip button, an open/close button, a "writing" LED, a "disc in" LED and the standard 3.5mm audio jack and volume control. At the rear of the drive, it comes with the standard IDE connector and digital and analog audio connectors.
