8bitdo announces new wireless controller for the NES Classic, pre-orders available now

It has been two years since the original launch of the NES Classic Edition. But today, retailers will have the console back in stock and 8bitdo has a new wireless controller to coincide with the relaunch.

The newly redesigned controller, which is dubbed the N30 2.4G, offers some small differences from its previous wireless controller made for the tiny console. There is now a dedicated home button, which should make it much easier to reset the console and return to the game select menu. The controller also has four buttons in a stacked formation. Lastly, there is a color change from 8bitdo"s previous wireless model.

Although there isn"t a whole lot that is different with this new controller, 8bitdo has been known to make some solid products in the past and this one should be no different. If curious, you can have a look at the website for more images of the controller or if you want to pre-order one, you can do so for $24.99.
