A beta version of YouTube Go is now available on Google Play

YouTube Go, a version of the YouTube Android app that allows users to view and share videos offline, is now available to download from Google"s Play Store.

Google first announced YouTube Go in September 2016, and a beta version has been available on APK download sites since February.

The app allows offline viewing of YouTube videos, as well as sharing them with other Android devices through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct. YouTube Go also contains several features to help users to conserve mobile data. Users can check how much data it will take to download a video, and select the quality of the video which will be downloaded. It is also possible to view previews of videos before viewing and downloading.

YouTube Go beta can be downloaded from the Play Store for Android devices. However, availability may depend on location. You can also sign up at this link to be notified when the full version is released.
