Acer"s ConceptD brand was only unveiled about a year and a half ago, and then it introduced the ConceptD 7 Ezel at CES this year. Like all ConceptD products, its aimed at creators, but it"s a convertible too. The thing rocked a 45W processor and Nvidia RTX graphics, a wild spec for a convertible.
The latest ConceptD Ezel is the ConceptD 3 Ezel, and I"ve got one in my hands. The model that Acer sent me has a 14-inch screen; it"s offered with a 15.6-inch screen too, but I"m glad I"m getting to test the 14-inch one, only because of how much power is packed into the smaller chassis. That 14-inch screen comes with a 1080p resolution, and it"s a Pantone Validated high-brightness display with 100% sRGB color gamut.
Inside of it, it"s got a hexa-core 45W Core i7-10750H, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB SSD. In the graphics department, it"s got an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB GDDR6 memory.
And of course, it"s a convertible. You can use it as a laptop if you want, but you can also pop out the display and fold it as a tablet, or you can use the screen on an angle like in the image above. It"s even got a built-in Wacom AES pen.
