After Xbox One drops to $299 for Black Friday, Sony follows with PS4 bundle at same price

Last week, Microsoft announced a range of deals that it"s lined up for the annual Black Friday shopping extravaganza, which include a price drop for the Xbox One, bringing the console"s price down below $300 for the first time.

That announcement was particularly significant as it came just a few weeks after Sony introduced its first ever price cut on the PlayStation 4, reducing its starting price to $349. But Sony clearly has no intention of letting Microsoft gobble up a chunk of its potential holiday sales, and has announced a further reduction to its console for the Black Friday weekend.

As with the Xbox One, you"ll be able to grab the PlayStation 4 for as little as $299.99 from November 26 to 30. For that price, you"ll get the 500GB PS4 bundle with Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, which includes the single-player campaigns for Uncharted: Drake"s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake"s Deception.

The bundle will also be available in Canada from November 27 to 30, priced at $369.99 CAD.
