Epic Games Store is replacing the triple giveaway from last week with an even higher profile double giveaway. Replacing the Deponia Complete, The Pillars of the Earth, and The First Tree freebies, the Alien: Isolation and Hand of Fate 2 giveaways have now landed right on schedule.
Horror fans are in for a treat with Creative Assembly"s Alien: Isolation. Exploring an original storyline that takes place 15 years after the events of the 1979 Alien movie, the highly-rated survival horror experience takes players to Sevastopol station for even more encounters with the acid-driven monsters.
Moving on to Hand of Fate 2, made by Defiant Development, this is a rogue-like dungeon crawler with a deck-building twist. The title has players first building their upcoming adventure in a boardgame format utilizing earnable cards, but when combat begins, the game switches to a third-person action experience.
Keep in mind that Epic has given away the Alien title previously in one of its daily promotions from last year, so some users may already have it waiting in their libraries. The store is offering the Windows edition of Alien: Isolation as well as both Windows and macOS versions of Hand of Fate 2. Here are the minimum requirements for the duo:
