While we found out last weekend that Huawei will be ready to show off its Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro handsets in just over a month"s time. the company played coy when it came to divulging details of the devices, but did tease a few images as part of its IFA keynote. A number of concepts and renders have already made their way online but although they have deviated as far as the presence of a physical home button has been concerned.
Now, if it is to be believed, a newly leaked image may corroborate the absence of the physical home button on the front of one or both devices, along with the near bezel-less design which has seemingly become the benchmark for flagship phones this year. While the side bezels seem to be on par with those found in last year"s Mate 9 handset, there does appear to be a noticeable reduction in size for those on the top and bottom of the alleged device.
A closer look at the photo appears to reveal the existence of an earpiece grill and a number of front-facing sensors, likely to be for a camera and proximity sensor. Meanwhile, the bottom of the device appears to be void of anything other than a centered Huawei logo.
Of course, leaked images should be taken with at least a grain of salt and we will need to wait until Huawei takes the covers off its latest smartphone next month to find out what the company has in store.
