An alleged image of the OnePlus 5 shows off the dual-camera setup

It has been close to a year since the release of the OnePlus 3, a handset that offered top of the line specifications, along with an excellent price. The refresh of the handset, the 3T, was released late last year and has had continued success, but now it looks like its successor has once again broken cover.

Late last month, we were able to see an alleged render of the OnePlus 5. In the image, the upcoming handset showed off a new dual lens design that has become quite popular with a number of manufacturers. With OnePlus confirming that the "5" would be coming sometime in summer, it was only natural for little bits of information to start leaking out.

While nothing has been confirmed, if a pre-order for the handset is to be believed, the device will offer the latest when it comes to internals with its Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 8GB RAM, 4,000mAh battery, and more. Most recently, a picture of the rear of the handset has surfaced, showing off what looks like an all metal back without antenna lines. Like the previous renders, the handset also has a dual lens camera although it appears that the LED flash has moved in between the two rear lenses from its original position below them.

Naturally, we will have to wait just a bit longer and while the information received thus far is interesting, the most crucial component for the OnePlus 5 will be its price.
