And you thought $197 was a deal for an iPhone?

Yesterday Wal-Mart kicked off it"s latest deal of the season, offering customers iPhones for $197. But who would have ever thought that a company would compete with Wal-Mart"s "Always low prices"?

AT&T has launched a campaign to make those last minute sales of the physical year by offering customers refurbished 8GB iPhones for $99 with a two-year contract, and $199 for the 16GB model. That"s $100 savings compared to purchasing the phone brand new. AT&T and Apple have the highest customer ratings when it comes to refurbished merchandise, so these phones are sold at brand new quality standards. These refurbished phones come with a 90 day warranty. AT&T has stated that the phones were returned during the initial 30 day trial period, and some of the phones have been unused.

If you"re one of the thousands of customers who have already ordered these refurbished phones, check out Neowin"s top 10 iPhone apps, so you"re up-to-date with the latest software for your incoming phone!
