I’ll keep this short and sweet by saying that Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) really impressed me when I reviewed it earlier in the week for the Galaxy Nexus, but now, it looks like Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) has finally arrived for the Nexus S, and strangely enough, the first OTA update went live in Pakistan of all places.
Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) is the latest revision of Android which drastically changes the way the OS runs, at no cost of battery or performance. It features a new notification system, the amazing Google Now voice searching feature, and some awesome changes to accessibility settings. The full changelog for the update can be found here.
Of course, getting a hold of the link and the update for the Nexus S isn’t all that hard. The update is about 114MB and can be applied to devices from all the regions worldwide, so get downloading it now using the source link below.
Enjoy the new Android flavor, guys and girls.
