Apple releases iOS 11.4.1, watchOS 4.3.2, and tvOS 11.4.1 to the public

Apple"s bug fix updates for iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS have been in beta since the last minor updates were released in May. You might have forgotten about them though, since the firm announced iOS 12 and its other major updates at WWDC.

Today, the company released iOS 11.4.1, watchOS 4.3.2, and tvOS 11.4.1 to the general public. macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra is still listed as being in beta.

As the version number indicate, there are no new features in these builds. In fact, they"re even pretty light on fixes. Apple hasn"t even listed any of the updates on its security update page.

iOS 11.4.1 should improve the reliability of AirPods, along with syncing Mail, Contacts, and Notes with Exchange accounts. watchOS 4.3.2 and tvOS 11.4.1 should just have general fixes and improvements.

Now, Apple should be testing iOS 12, watchOS 5, and tvOS 12 exclusively, as you shouldn"t expect to see anymore iOS 11 updates. The general public should see those updates this fall, likely in late September after the new iPhones are announced.
