Apple today released their latest version of their operating system, OS X Lion to the world via the Mac App Store, and the company is now pushing updates for the platform already. Specifically, Apple has made available updates for iTunes, iWork and the Remote Desktop Client.
The updates to the software brings them in line with the rest of the bundled software in Lion, adding 64-bit support to iTunes, and full-screen mode to both iTunes and iWork. On top of this, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote have received updates to utilize Resume, Auto Save, and Versions, which are all included in the latest OS update.
According to Apple Insider, the updates are available now and are labeled iWork Update 6, iTunes 10.4 and Remote Desktop Client Update 3.5.1. Documents obtained by Apple Insider say that iTunes plugins may not work with iTunes 10.4 until developers modify them, and suggest that users should contact the developers for support.
The updates only become available after the OS is updated to Lion, and that version is currently available through the App Store as a digital download for $30 USD.
