AT&T once again loves Hulu, retracts new TOS

AT&T has decided that once again it loves Hulu, Slingbox and other streaming media as it has removed the update from its TOS that Neowin reported last week.

In a statement released by AT&T they state "The language added on March 30 to AT&T"s wireless data service Terms and Conditions was done in error. It was brought to our attention and we have since removed it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

It will never be known if this was a true error or if the fact that they got caught was the reason for removing the new language. It doesn"t really matter the reasoning; if your on AT&T wireless you can use your Slingbox without fear once again.
