Today, Microsoft is adding one more game to the Xbox One Backward Compatibility list: Battlefield: Bad Company. It"s the 412th title to be included in the program.
It"s been a busy week, as there were two games added earlier this week - including Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance - and there were also four the week before. There should be an increase in titles that support Backward Compatibility later on this year, when games that were made for the original Xbox are supported.
Battlefield: Bad Company ($14.99)
Battlefield: Bad Company follows a wayward band of ordinary soldiers who decide that sometimes the gratitude of a nation just isn’t enough. Featuring a dramatic storyline loaded with a unique attitude, the game delivers the series" trademark sandbox gameplay in a universe where almost everything is destructible. The ever-changing battlefield forces players, their team mates and enemies to react accordingly and use destruction tactically. The game also features the all new, objective based multiplayer game mode "Gold Rush", supporting 24 players online. Play as attackers and defenders and make full use of the tactical destruction as well as the unique vehicle experience that can only be experienced in Battlefield: Bad Company.
Since we"ve just entered the second half of the month, there are new Games with Gold available, if you"re a subscriber to Xbox Live Gold. You"ve got until the end of the month to claim Slime Rancher (Xbox One) and Red Faction: Armageddon (Xbox 360), and until September 15 to grab Trials Fusion (Xbox One).
