Bethesda's upcoming Skyrim, Doom, and Fallout 4 VR titles get release dates

At E3 earlier this year, Bethesda announced VR versions of several blockbuster games from its repertoire. Today, the company revealed their release dates, and which VR platforms they will be heading towards.

Revealed at Sony"s E3 conference, coming up first is Skyrim VR for PlayStation 4 VR with a November 17 release date. Heading our way next is Doom VFR on December 1 for both PlayStation VR and the HTC Vive. Lastly, Fallout 4 VR is slated for a December 12 launch for the HTC Vive.

The announcements arrive ahead of Bethesda"s QuakeCon convention, where all three of these VR titles will be playable on the show floor. The publisher"s upcoming high profile sequels, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, The Evil Within 2, and Dishonored: Death of the Outsider will also be available for playtesting at the expo.

This year"s QuakeCon convention will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas from August 24 till the 27. In celebration of the event, Bethesda is giving up to 75% discounts for its entire catalog of games on Steam, Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store and at some other participating retailers. Keep an eye out for these deals throughout the week.
