Call of Duty: Black Ops II PC gets Digital Deluxe edition

Previous versions of Call of Duty games for the PC have been pretty bare bones, with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions available in different editions with more content and extras. Today, publisher Activision announced that PC players will be able to get a Digital Deluxe version of Call of Duty Black Ops II in addition to the regular $59.99 version.

In a press release, Activision said that the PC Digital Deluxe version of the upcoming first person shooter will cost $79.99 and will include two free maps; the previously announced Nuketown 2025 level and the now confirmed Nuketown Zombies map, where players will fight off the undead in the 1960s inspired level.

The Digital Deluxe edition will also come with an exclusive Weapon Camo multiplayer skin along with two exclusive player card backgrounds that are "inspired" by Nuketown 2025 and Zombies. Finally, this version comes with the game"s official digital soundtrack and a free digital copy of Call of Duty: World at War, the 2008 released game from Black Ops II developer Treyarch.

PC gamers are still awaiting their own version of Call of Duty: Elite, the optional subscription service that was launched last year with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for Xbox 360 and PS3 gamers.
