Keep in mind that these requirements are just for the open beta, with the developer planning on sharing the game"s final specifications once it goes through the data it will gather from the beta, along with player feedback, and additional benchmarks.
The developer also unveiled what exactly will be included in the open beta, which happens to be the same contents that were available on the console beta:
Maps – Four Multiplayer maps: Pointe du Hoc, Ardennes Forest, Gibraltar and Aachen
War – Operation Breakout
Modes – Four Multiplayer modes: Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint and Kill Confirmed
Divisions – Five Divisions: Infantry, Expeditionary, Airborne, Armored, and Mountain Division.
Progression – Players will begin at Soldier Rank 1. Over the weekend, the level cap will increase to 35, including progression to unlock weapons, scorestreaks, and equipment.
However, there are some features that will be included on the PC version at launch, but missing from the beta, such as HDR support, multi-monitor support, customization options, and the new Headquarters social mode.
The pre-load"s size is around 14GB, with it available for download on its dedicated Steam page. This should give enough time for anyone interested in jumping into the free event, as the open beta itself is set to begin on September 29 and run until October 2.
