With clawPDF, users can easily convert documents in formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more to high-quality PDF files. clawPDF is designed to work like a printer, allowing users to select clawPDF as their printer of choice and convert their documents to PDF format with a few clicks. Print to PDF, PDF/A-1b, PDF/A-2b, PDF/A-3b, OCR, PDF/X, PDF/Image, PNG, JPEG, TIF and TXT. Merge files.
clawPDF can be used with a range of Windows operating systems, such as Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Since version 0.8.7 clawPDF has a built-in text recognition (OCR). This allows to convert any document into a text or to create a PDF with text overlay. By default, the recognition of English, Spanish, French and German is supported. To install additional languages, read the Setup of additional languages.
