Today, Kojima Productions revealed what sort of PC configurations will Death Stranding require for a smooth experience when the title finally releases on the platform in July. The currently PlayStation exclusive Hideo Kojima title was supposed to release on PC earlier this month, but the launch was pushed back due to difficulties faced by the studio surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak.
The requirements are split into three categories, with the minimum section detailing a machine that can handle 30FPS gameplay at 720p resolution:
Minimum

- CPU: Intel® Core i5-3470 or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
- RAM: 8 GB
- GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 3 GB or AMD Radeon RX 560 4 GB
- DirectX 12
- HDD: 80GB

The two recommended specifications seen below are said to be for 1080p play, and still asks for rather modest hardware:

Death Stranding is slated to release via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 14, and pre-orders are available now for $59.99.
