Dell"s Inspiron 7000 series is the high end of its mainstream lineup; anything above that fits into the premium XPS brand. The Inspiron 15 7000, or more specifically the Inspiron 15 7591, doesn"t fall short.
It comes with a 45W Intel processor, with a Core i7-9750H in the unit that Dell sent me, and for graphics, there"s an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050. Don"t worry though, as you can have it configured with better specs like a Core i9-9880H and the newer GTX 1650. This model comes with a 15.6-inch FHD display, although that can be bumped up to a UHD panel.
It comes in a 4.12-pound aluminum package, but you"ve got options there as well with the Inspiron 15 7590, a magnesium alloy 3.52-pound laptop. This thing does seem to be all about options, with empty DIMM and M.2 slots so you can add an extra SSD and more.
And of course, it has the features you"d expect from a high-end Dell device, such as Dell Cinema, which combines CinemaColor HDR, CinemaSound for Waves MaxxAudio Pro quality, and CinemaStream for better video streaming quality. Check out the unboxing video below:
