When we talk about Windows products, we know the product range can be broad, with many companies offering laptops, desktops, tablets and more. But, over the years, we have seen a strategic movement from manufacturers that melds the ideas from one genre into another - like laptops that offer touchscreens, that can be converted into highly functional tablets. Today, Dell has announced its latest laptop, that is aimed at business customers, the Latitude 13 3000 Series Convertible.
The Latitude 13 3000 Series does function as a traditional laptop, but it can also be converted into a tablet, thanks to its folding hinge. At its base, the Latitude 13 will offer a 13-inch 1080p touchscreen display, an Intel Pentium CPU, 128GB SSD, 4GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro. The laptop will also come with a Windows Hello compatible webcam, a backlit keyboard and USB ports that include Type-C, as well as 2.0 and 3.0.
Those that are looking for more power can always upgrade to the higher model with a Core i3 or i5 processor. The i3 model gets a bump to 8GB RAM and 256GB of SSD storage, while the i5 model offers 16GB and a 512GB SSD. The Latitude 13 3000 Series 2-in-1 laptops are currently available directly from Dell"s website starting at $699 and can be configured with i7 and 16GB RAM for $1099.
