Disqus, the company that provides commenting systems to a number of websites, has released an exclusive Windows Phone application today. Apparently the company has no plans on releasing Android or iOS apps at this stage, which is rare for a company making applications for smartphones and a fantastic sign for Microsoft"s platform.
The app facilitates easy conversations in the comments sections of many websites that have implemented the plug-in, without having to actually visit the websites themselves. According to WPCentral, the in-house developed Disqus app has been developed by a big fan and early adopter of Windows Phone, which might explain why this app has appeared here first.
It looks like the app only supports Windows Phone 8 it supports both WP8 and Windows Phone 7.5 and 7.8, and comes with numerous features such as wide live tile support, lockscreen integration, support for all WP8 resolutions, and of course all the methods of commenting through Disqus that you like. If you have a Windows Phone and you"d like to grab this platform-exclusive application, head to the source link below.
