Microsoft released quite a few updates for its Dynamics 365 suite of enterprise services last month. Some of these include a slew of bug fixes for Project Service Automation, accessibility improvements for Guides, and support for 39 more languages in Customer Service Insights.
Today, the tech giant has detailed new features brought to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights as part of this month"s update to the service. The latest capabilities include the availability of triggers for Microsoft Flow, better performance for the Power BI Connector, and the ability to reorder and duplicate match rules.
To detail a bit upon each of these, the Customer Insights connector now has two triggers that can be used in Flow. The aforementioned service"s own connectors can be utilized to trigger various actions whenever a datasource refresh succeeds or fails. Furthermore, improved performance of the Customer Insights connector in Power BI means that you can import customer data and activity into the data analytics service much more efficiently.
And finally, with regards to match rules, there are two new capabilities. Firstly, they can now be reordered using up/down arrows on the left side of the page. Moreover, you can also duplicate a rule to use as the starting point for another one by selecting the relevant option from the menu on the right side of each rule.
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights provide a way to get a unified view of customer data across various sources, discovering insights to drive more personalized experiences. You can learn more about the service and get started with it here.
