EA buys up another exclusive license

In another major move by Electronic Arts, they have now bought the exclusive license to the CLC (College Licensing Company) for a term of six years. Under the new agreement, EA will have exclusive rights to use all the stadiums, schools and teams in its college football videogames. The agreement covers all consoles including handheld devices and all online features. Nothing is mentioned about PC versions however.

Electronic Arts now controls all licensed football games. Previously Electronic Arts bought the rights for the NFL and Arena football leagues.
