Sierra has released a Difficulty Setting and Multiplayer Lobby Add-On for Empire Earth, the company"s epic real-time strategy game for the PC released in 2001. The add-on features new multiplayer functionality and new options to adjust the difficulty level in the single-player campaigns.
Sierra says that this add-on also adds a variety of online gameplay options, and gives more flexibility to gamers that play and compete via the Internet. New features include Quick Play (a quick way to join or host a game based on skill level or ranking), scalable game lists and chat, improved game listings, improved user list, a Friends List, user-created chat rooms, additional game entry restrictions, an improved staging area, embedded help screens and HTML based news and links.
