AMD launched its Ryzen 5000 series desktop processors in October last year. The chips are powered by the Zen 3 micro-architecture and most notably bring hefty improvements to single-threaded performance over the prior generation. AMD also unveiled the 5000 series mobile APUs at CES this year, most of which also have Zen 3 CPU cores and Vega graphics. This means only the desktop APU launch remains in this launch generation.
Today we have a leak on Twitter by user "momomo_us" who has uncovered the entire lineup of the Ryzen 5000G series desktop APUs along with their specifications. The APUs and their key specifications are listed below:

One thing that becomes evident from the layout of the cache hierarchy is the fact that the CPU cores powering the Ryzen 5000G APUs are also based on Zen 3 and not Zen 2 as the former has a larger pool of undivided L3 cache like we see here. The Ryzen 4000G series APUs had a significantly reduced L3 cache amount due to this architectural drawback of the Zen 2 design. Another interesting tidbit is the ratio between the base clocks and boost clocks. The higher the core count, the higher the boost headroom accompanied by a lower base clock.
While we don"t have definite information on the integrated Vega GPU cores it is likely to top out at eight like in the mobile Ryzen 5000 lineup. The TDP of Ryzen 5000G desktop APUs is also likely to stay at 65W similar to that in the previous generations.
