Essential starts shipping its smartphone to more regions

The Essential PH-1 made its debut a little over a year ago and physically got to the hands of its customers in August. The firm has also released different limited edition colors but has up until this point limited the sales of its handsets to certain regions. Now, the company is opening up its web store to more countries, giving those in Canada, France, Japan and the United Kingdom a chance to purchase the device.

Starting today, we’re opening the https://t.co/5XqZeQu9cW store to orders from more countries, including Canada, France, Japan and UK. Special terms and conditions apply to these orders, so please read the information carefully: https://t.co/uZK8sLvUA5 pic.twitter.com/QXEWf8OEnE

Those interested can head to the Essential website and purchase the smartphone in Black Moon and Pure White colors for $499. The Stellar Gray and Copper Black models will cost an additional $100. The Ocean Depths color is no longer available from the site at the moment. The cost of shipping will depend on your region but it should take one day to process the order and once shipped should arrive in five days time.
