Evaluation ISOs of Windows 10 Creators Update for enterprise now available

Microsoft is getting ready to roll out the Windows 10 Creators Update to customers all over the world. While the upgrade will be generally released for consumer PCs on April 11 - and on April 25 for Windows 10 Mobile devices - the company is allowing users to upgrade a bit early via the Update Assistant program.

Now, Microsoft has announced that ISOs of the evaluation version of the Windows 10 Creators Update are available for the enterprise as well.

Microsoft stated that the following ISOs can be downloaded from its TechNet Evaluation Center:

  • Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1703 | 64-bit ISO
  • Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1703 | 32-bit ISO
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 | 64-bit ISO
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 | 32-bit ISO

The company noted that the aforementioned version of Windows 10 Enterprise packs enhanced security features as well as tools to streamline the management of devices and applications. The full list of features which includes optimized update delivery, new mobile device management (MDM) capabilities, improvements to Cortana, and new security settings for group policy, among other things, can be viewed here.

That said, Microsoft has cautioned that these ISOs contain evaluation software aimed at IT professionals who are willing to test out Windows 10 Enterprise on behalf of their organization, and that these are not recommended for regular customers.
