Facebook Beta gets an update on Windows Phone

The Facebook app on Windows Phone has come a long way in recent months, with a completely overhauled interface and greatly improved performance. Many of the features now available first appeared in the Facebook Beta app, which gets a first look at new additions before they are incorporated into the mainstream release. 

The Beta app has just had a big update with a range of new features and enhancements. The Store listing for the app details these as including:

  • Post detail page
  • Photo commenting
  • Ability to edit comments
  • Tagging improvements
  • Upload improvements
  • Performance improvements
