Episode X disappointed Edge, XI is still absent, so is XII a new hope?
The unveiling of the first "real" Final Fantasy since 2001 in Tokyo"s fashionable Roppongi Hills was also the occasion for the baton to be passed from the father of Final Fantasy to the man widely viewed as his successor. Matsuno-san, who Sakaguchi-san lured away from Quest (where he had worked on Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre), made his mark at Square with Vagrant Story and the Final Fantasy Tactics series.
