May issue of PSM blows lid of secrecy off the seventh game in the series, talks with franchise creator Toby Gard.
While the bidding war over British publisher Eidos has dominated industry news of late, the company will soon make headlines in the game enthusiast press. The May issue of PSM features the first look and details of the seventh Tomb Raider game, including its title: Tomb Raider: Legend.
According to PSM, Legend will feature a revamped version of series heroine Lara Croft. The article is primarily a pictorial of the new Lara, who has been given a more lifelike--but still sensuous--look. For details, the magazine interviewed Toby Gard, one of the creators of the Tomb Raider franchise at Core Design. Last year, Gard was brought on by the new game"s developer, Eidos-owned Crystal Dynamics, to work on the project.
