Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow will arrive on Android starting June 29

In late February, it was announced that Futurama would be coming back - in the form of a mobile video game for iOS and Android. Now, the game is set to arrive on June 29.

Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow is not just a new game being developed by TinyCo, who have previously worked on Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff, but a project that series creator Matt Groening and executive producer David X. Cohen partnered on, along with most of the original cast. Not only will Worlds of Tomorrow be backed by an incredible roster from the show, but it will also feature new animated segments and new stories.

While it was slated to be released on iOS and Android, the iOS version is currently not mentioned on the launch page for the game. However, Android users can now pre-register to download the game on the Google Play Store and will be alerted when it becomes available in a few weeks.
