Over the past week, we"ve heard rumors about the upcoming additions to Samsung"s upgraded Galaxy A lineup of smartphones, including the Galaxy A40 and Galaxy A90. While the South Korean tech giant has yet to officially confirm those devices, a few product pages on its U.K. website seem to validate those rumors.
Samsung U.K."s website is running product pages for the Galaxy A90, A40, and the as-yet unheard-of A20e. However, those listings remain empty at the moment, with no additional information other than the names of the devices in question.
While these product pages do not reveal anything significant about the upcoming smartphones, they are at least a solid confirmation that Samsung is planning on rolling them out to the U.K. and, perhaps, other parts of Europe. Dutch site Galaxy Club claims the Galaxy A40 will be arriving in the Netherlands, for example.
Recent rumors also provide a few interesting pieces of information about the A90 and A40. Late last month, Twitter leaker Steve McFly (@OnLeaks) disclosed the A90"s camera design, which supposedly adopts a sliding mechanism with an additional capability of rotating to the front for selfies.
In addition, rumors about the A40 surfaced a few days ago after it reportedly received a Bluetooth certification and also went live on the German website of Samsung. It"s not clear, though, when these smartphones will debut.
