Samsung has opened up the Android 10 + One UI 2.0 beta program for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ in the United States. It has also opened up more slots in the Android 10 beta program for the Galaxy S10 in the country.
The beta program for the Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy S10 series in the United States are only meant for the unlocked variants of the phones. So, if you have a carrier-branded phone from AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon, your device is not eligible for the program.
If you own an unlocked Galaxy S10 or Note 10, you can take part in the beta program by using the Samsung Members app. Tap the One UI 2.0 banner at the top of the app and then press the "Register" button. Now go to Settings> Software Update and look for updates to download the Android 10/One UI 2.0 beta on your Galaxy S10/Note 10.
There are limited slots in the beta program so enroll as soon as possible.
Samsung had started the Galaxy S10 Android 10/One UI 2.0 beta program in the United States last month itself and then a couple of weeks later, opened it for the Galaxy Note 10+ as well. However, for the Galaxy Note 10 series, the beta program was limited to the Exynos variant in Germany, India, and a few other countries. It is only now that Samsung is getting around to opening the program for the Snapdragon variant of the phone sold in the United States.
One UI 2.0 brings new full-screen gestures, an improved one-handed mode, UI tweaks and enhancements, improved Digital Wellbeing, and all other goodies that are a part of the Android 10 release from Google itself.
