GameJobs.com relaunching

The IEMA has overhauled its site specializing in game industry jobs.

The Interactive Entertainment Merchants Association (IEMA) has relaunched the GameJobs.com Web site with new features intended to help those looking to get into the game industry as well as recruiters. Originally launched in 1998, GameJobs.com currently has more than 2,500 active job listings for creative, technical, and business positions at a range of game companies, including Activision, Nintendo, Sony Online, Take-Two, and Atari. The site has 120,000 industry users a week.

The new design is currently in beta, and its developers are still asking for feedback from users. A full relaunch of GameJobs.com is scheduled for the coming weeks and will include expanded marketing efforts designed to further connect the site"s business members with the general community. One element of the relaunch is a partnership between GameJobs.com and GameSpot, and we have added a link to GameJobs.com in the "Also Check Out" section of the left hand navigation bar.
